Arthur Knipping

Arthur Knipping deals with all aspects of employment law. He has extensive experience in entering into and terminating employment and management agreements, litigating in employment disputes and advising on management and supervision, employee participation, restructuring and (collective) dismissal. Arthur also advises on the hiring and outsourcing of employees and on employer and employee matters in mergers and acquisitions. Arthur also assists employees in the event that they come into contact with the Foundation for Banking Ethics Enforcement (“Tuchtrecht Banken”).
Arthur studied at the University of Amsterdam and successfully completed the postgraduate Grotius specialisation course in Employment Law in 2017. He previously worked for 8 years as an entrepreneur in renewable energy and as an attorney at Van Doorne and Loeff Claeys Verbeke (Allen & Overy) in Amsterdam and Brussels.
