In order to offer specialist knowledge and services in the field of IT, privacy, data protection and intellectual property, VESPER Advocaten has entered into a partnership with Frank Heideman, a lawyer. Frank works under the banner of VESPER Advocaten as an independently established lawyer (external counsel) and also conducts a law practice under his own name in the Arnhem district.
We engage Frank when the transaction requires it. For example in the case of due diligence exercises, general advice regarding IT, IP, privacy and data protection issues, and in the case of investment transactions in innovative technology companies (active in Fintech, Healthtech/Medtech, Cleantech, IT, etc.) in which we are involved as advisors.
Frank is known for his analytical skills, which are described as accurate and intuitive, but also for his practical views. He is consulted regularly to bring clarity in complex situations. As such he offers a valuable addition to the expertise of the firm’s partners.
Frank graduated in Business Law at the Radboud University Nijmegen in 2003 and started his career at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
