Freek Eveleens Maarse is specialised in corporate law. He has extensive experience across a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, venture capital and distressed M&A. In addition, he advises on participation plans for management and/or employees.

Freek graduated in corporate law and financial law (2014) at the University of Leiden. Before joining VESPER Attorneys, he worked at boutique M&A law firm Vriman M&A Lawyers and at the transaction practice of Clifford Chance.
