Marieke van der Holst

Marieke van der Holst is specialised in corporate law. She has experience across a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and general commercial and corporate law.

Marieke is solution-driven, has a hands-on mentality and a practical method of working. She is able to successfully structure and manage complicated M&A processes. Marieke is an enthusiastic and passionate professional. Due to her knowledge, dedication and insights, she plays a central role in the transactions she advises on.

Marieke graduated in private law and European law from the University of Maastricht (2007). She subsequently obtained a second master in Diplomacy from the Stellenbosch University (2008).

Marieke started her career at Allen & Overy in 2009, where she worked as a lawyer at the M&A department.
