Mariska van der Pluijm

Mariska van der Pluijm specializes in corporate law and is engaged by VESPER Advocaten as legal counsel. She focuses on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions and the implementation of employee participation plans.

She regularly advises investors, shareholders and founders of start-ups and scale-ups and forms an essential part of the transaction team.

Mariska combines her expertise with a decisive and constructive character. This enables her to pragmatically consider interests in light of the relations between the parties involved.

Mariska graduated in civil law (2013) at Leiden University. She previously worked as a lawyer at Loyens & Loeff and De Roos Advocaten and as an Investor Relations Manager at Rockstart in Amsterdam.
