Vincent Wismans represents PE/VC investors and high growth emerging private companies. The practice of Vincent focuses on two pillars:

• counseling companies and investors on PE/VC financings, growth capital investment rounds and exits; and
• acting as legal and regulatory counsel to Dutch based fund managers active in PE/VC on investment management and fund formation matters

Vincent has a clear and proactive, solution-driven approach, understands the dynamics and economics of a transaction and combines this with an excellent sense of strategies, relationships and interests at stake. He is a deal-oriented lawyer with strong transactional expertise.​ His ability to switch gears between commercial aspects, corporate law and financial regulatory framework is unique.

Vincent graduated in corporate and financial law from Radboud University in Nijmegen. He started his career at AKD’s Banking & Finance section in Amsterdam.
