1 March 2020 | VESPER Advocaten strengthens its position in the M&A sector with the arrival of new partner Marieke van der Holst
We are pleased to announce that Marieke van der Holst (34) has joined VESPER Advocaten as a partner on 1 March 2020.
Marieke is an expert in the field of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and corporate and contract law. She advises companies and (PE) investors on share transactions, assets / liabilities transactions, joint ventures, participation plans and related corporate law aspects. She guides both international and national transactions.
Marieke started her career at Allen & Overy where she worked as an M&A lawyer for 9 years and then worked at CorporateWise.
