16 August 2018 | WSB Solutions acquires Juicy Pear Business Solutions. This ICT services provider provides Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions to media agencies, publishers and trading companies within Dutch small and medium-sized businesses.
The acquisition fits the ambition of WSB to include the larger Microsoft Dynamics NAV partners in small and medium-sized businesses.
Juicy Pear was founded by Frans Gemen more than ten years ago and held office from Castle Dussen. With the acquisition of Juicy Pear, WSB Solutions gains more consultancy and development capacity on Dynamics NAV.
For this reason WSB expects to be able to invest more in the product development of add-ons for both Dynamics NAV and the cloud environment Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The more than thirty-year-old WSB Solutions specializes in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and other Microsoft products and services. There are now a total of 65 employees at the ICT company, including a small ten employees of Juicy Pear.
